Delight in the Shabbat!

Shabbat greetings!  I hope you had a beautiful time in God`s rest today.  May you be filled with awestruck wonder at the mention of His name!  And be restored throughout the week in His great SHALOM💗

Behold, God is my salvation!
I will trust and not be afraid.
For the Lord ADONAI is my strength
and my song.
He also has become my salvation.
With joy you will draw water
from the wells of salvation.
In that day you will say:
"Give thanks to ADONAI.
Proclaim His Name!
Declare His works to the peoples,
so they remember His exalted Name.
Sing to ADONAI, for He has done gloriously.
Let this be known in all the earth.
Cry out and shout, inhabitant of Zion!
For great in your midst
is the Holy One of Israel."

Post-it

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.  Now the earth was chaos and waste, darkness was on the surface of the deep, and the Ruach Elohim was hovering upon the surface of the water.  Then God said "Let there be light!" and there was light.  God saw that the light was good.

--Genesis 1:1~3 TLV

Can you tell my delight in posting?! Happy to be back on a blog again
Wishing a light-filled Sabbath to all.
Shabbat Shalom!

Shabbat Studio!

It was like Christmas in August to receive these gifts of Judaica!!!

My images Japan were of tatami rooms with tokonoma and sliding doors. They never included a torah and shofar, challah and the tabernacle!!!  I might have imagined me in a kimono, but in a tallit, no never!!!

So I set out my gifts, oh what gifts they are!! Its like a child`s dream come true.   She receives these packages from the Japan postman that are filled with the treasures of her past which have now become her present!

Oh the wonders of God!

if you return to Me and obey my mitzvot, and do them, then even if your dispersed people are at the ends of the heavens, I will gather them from there, and bring them back to the place where I have chosen for My Name to dwell.      ---Nehemiah 1:9  TLV
